Mr. Haluk Barlas is the Founder and Director of Optima International Education Group. Additionally, Mr. Barlas is in charge of all Optima’s educational publications, he is the Editor in Chief and the Executive Editor. Despite of studying Mechanical Engineering at the university, he has not connected his career with that department. Instead, already nineteen years he is committed to the international education. He has lived and studied in the UK for two years. This fact and his countless travels gave him great knowledge, experience and contacts essential to be successful in the international business and educational services.
Prof. Dr. Hulusi Barlas
Publishing Consultant
Mr. Hulusi Barlas is educated in the Chemical Engineering field. He studied in Germany, where he has earned his PhD degree. He speaks fluent German and English. He visited many European companies like: Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Hungary. He is a consultant for OPTIMA International Education Publications with his international experience over ten years now, and has been a great support for all our publications.

Mrs. Pinar Pinarevli is educated in the Economy field. She has lived abroad – in the UK for one year. Pinar started her career as an international education consultant seven years ago. Pinar works for OPTIMA International Education Agency as Director of Istanbul Office. She is also Info and Research Director of OPTIMA International Education Publications.
Sevgi Terzioglu
Marketing Director and Member of the Publishing Committee
Ms. Sevgi Terzioglu earned her BA degree from Anadolu University in French Language Teaching department. She has teaching and translating experience in both French and English language, and five years of international education background. Sevgi works for OPTIMA International Education Agency as Director of Eskisehir Office and coordinates the marketing department of the OPTIMA International Education Publications

Ms. Ozlem Cayir has graduated in 2009 from Osmangazi university department of comparative literature. Ozlem has two years experience in international education department. She is now working in the Eskisehir Office of OPTIMA International Education Agency. Ozlem is also a Member of our Publishing Committe.

Ms. Zevcan has graduated in 2007 from Ege University Department of Bıology. and in 2009 Anadolu University Department of Secondary School Education. As an educational advisor she has been a part of OPTIMA International Education Agency team since 2008. As a member of the Publishing Committe Zevcan is also supporting OPTIMA’s International Education publications.

Ms Gökçeay Özge ALKAYA has graduated in 2009 from Anadolu university department of business administration. Gokce has two years experience in international education department. She is working in OPTIMA International Education Agency in Eskisehir, Gokce is also a Member of The Publishing Comitte of OPTIMA’s magazines.
Ilhan Tekin
Art and Design Director
Mr. Ilhan Tekin is educated in Fine Arts department and has more than fifteen years of experience in Graphic design of varies magazines. He is responsible for visual design of OPTIMA publications.
Murat Butun- Web Designer
Mr. Murat Butun studied Fine Arts and works in the web designing industry already three years. He is responsible of OPTIMA International Education web sites.
