Mr. Haluk Barlas is the Founder and Director of Optima International Education Group. Additionally, Mr. Barlas is in charge of all Optima’s educational publications, he is the Editor in Chief and the Executive Editor. Despite of studying Mechanical Engineering at the university, he has not connected his career with that department. Instead, already seventeen years he is committed to the international education. He has lived and studied in the UK for two years. This fact and his countless travels gave him great knowledge, experience and contacts essential to be successful in the international business and educational services.
Prof. Dr. Hulusi Barlas
Publishing Consultant
Mr. Hulusi Barlas is educated in the Chemical Engineering field. He studied in Germany, where he has earned his PhD degree. He speaks fluent German and English. He visited many European companies like: Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Hungary. He is a consultant for OPTIMA International Education Publications with his international experience over ten years now, and has been a great support for all our publications.
Pinar Hanay

Mrs. Pinar Hanay is educated in the Economy field. She has lived abroad – in the UK for one year. She has also traveled to Poland and Cyprus. Mrs. Hanay started her career as an international education consultant five years ago. She has been supporting OPTIMA International Education Publications and working for OPTIMA International Education Agency with diligence and dedication
Sevgi Terzioglu
Exchange Programs Coordinator and Member of the Publishing Committee
Ms. Sevgi Terzioglu earned her BA degree from Anadolu University in French Language Teaching department. She has teaching and translating experience in both French and English language, and 2 years of international education background. Ms. Terzioglu works for OPTIMA International Education Agency in Eskisehir Head Office as an Exchange Program Coordinator and supports the OPTIMA Publishing Committe with her energy and diligence.
Malgorzata Szczepanska

Ms. Malgorzata Szczepanska has three years of experience in the international education and exchange programs. She has earned her BA degree in Poland in the Political Science department. After graduation she did her internship in the United States, where she has worked for two years in a non-profit organization sponsoring J1 exchange program participants. Since 2008 she lives in Istanbul and coordinates the marketing department of the OPTIMA International Education Publications.
Sertunc Tekgoz

Mr. Sertunc Tekgoz, educated in the management department, earned his BA degrees from Bilgi University and University of Portsmouth, UK. For four years he has lived in the United States, where he graduated from Downling College with MBA degree. He has participated in the international language courses and gained his work experience abroad. He is now working in the Istanbul Office of OPTIMA International Education Agency. Mr. Tekgoz is also a Member of our Publishing Committe.
Berna Uzun

Ms. Berna Uzun has graduated in 2004 from Dumlupinar University Department of Public Administration, and after earning her degree she has attended TEFL certificate program at University of California Irvine for one year. Ms. Uzun has also teaching experience. She has worked at the public school in Bursa. As an educational advisor she has been a part of OPTIMA International Education Agency team since 2008. As a memeber of the Publishing Committe Ms. Uzun is also supporting OPTIMA’s International Education publications.
Aylin Yenilmez

Ms. Aylin Yenilmez has two years experience in international education department. She was working in OPTIMA International Education Agency in Bursa, now transfered to Eskisehir where she is also completinmg her master program in Chemical Engeneering. Ms. Yenilmez is also a Member of The Publishing Comitte of OPTIMA’s magazines. She has traveled to the Balkans.
Ilhan Tekin
Art and Design Director
Mr. Ilhan Tekin is educated in Fine Arts department and has more than fifteen years of experience in Graphic design of varies magazines. He is responsible for visual design of OPTIMA publications.
Esref Soker
Web Designer
Mr. Esref Soker studied Fine Arts and works in the web designing industry already ten years. He is responsible for the web design of OPTIMA International Education Age. |
